ARRIVE BEFORE THE START OF CLASS- seems obvious but please do not show up at the door at class time. Leave time to sign in, get changed, pay, set your place. New Students please bring with you your registration form or come earlier to fill it out.
Food: Refrain from eating 1-2 hrs. before class
What to wear: Comfortable clothing but preferably nothing too baggy so that the teacher can ensure proper alignment of knees, ankles and legs. Practice is done in bare feet. Please refrain from wearing any perfumes or scented lotions.
Props: All props are provided though you can to bring your own mat.
Medical conditions, specific needs or physical injuries: Please inform the teacher before class or contact the teacher prior to coming to class.
Series or courses: You will get the most by regular attendance and consistent practice. Benefits of yoga are experienced with repetition. Iyengar teachers are able to work most effectively with students who come regularly.
